What happens when you place an online order enquiry.

Once you submit your quote enquiry, our team will get back to you promptly with pricing, product availability, and a freight quote if required. If you’re happy with the quote, make a payment, and we’ll confirm your order and arrange delivery or pickup to suit.

We specialise in packing and shipping sheet products safely across New Zealand. Delivery to main centres is typically the most cost-effective. Please note:

• All freight is quoted and added separately if shipping is required
• Minimum product value for shipping may apply (typically around $500)

For large or heavy orders, delivery to a business address with forklift access is recommended. Alternatively, you can collect from a local freight depot or directly from our Hamilton store.
