What Does 2nd Grade Mean?

Seratone has very high quality control standards. Boards are downgraded to seconds for minor cosmetic reasons such as:

• Tiny surface scratches
• Small air bubbles
• Minor cosmetic blemishes

Many sheets show little to no visible fault. These are not rejects, not broken, and not seriously damaged.

Sheets with obvious or significant defects are separately classified and not sold under this grade.
