Utilityclad may not be compliant where NZ Building Code Clause E2/AS1 is required.

It may be suitable as an exterior cladding for a range of buildings, however it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure it meets the requirements for their specific project.

These are second grade sheets and may have minor edge damage.
